About Alison
As an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, MUM and VETERAN, I am passionate about working with people to help them move towards their goals using a biopsychosocial (whole person) approach.
I hope to bring warmth and compassion to clients as we work together to overcome barriers to participating more fully in life - with more ease and satisfaction.
‘Occupation’ is activity that passes the time in context (e.g. cooking a meal with family) – and can include sleep, self-care, work, play, leisure and many other activities of daily living.
I am passionate about combining the biopsychosocial occupational therapy approach, my lived experience of military (and) family life, neurodiversity and working overseas to support clients towards enjoyment and ease in their lives.
